Anthony Hearn is a health care and insurance coverage attorney. His practice focuses on managed care litigation, representing health care providers in state and federal courts. Mr. Hearn works closely with providers to resolve claims payment disputes, advising on regulatory compliance, structuring and interpreting network agreements, and data handling and privacy practices under state and federal law.

Mr. Hearn also has a background in Florida insurance law, litigating coverage disputes arising out of health, commercial general liability, automotive, travel, and property insurance policies, including subsequent bad faith litigation. Having defended insurers in coverage and bad faith disputes throughout Florida, Mr. Hearn now puts his knowledge of insurers’ practices to use in his representation of individuals and corporate policyholders seeking to enforce coverage.

Mr. Hearn is admitted to practice in all of Florida’s state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College in 2005 and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012.  Mr. Hearn served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and was appointed by the President of the Florida Bar in 2014 to serve on the standing committee of the Florida Bar Journal and Florida Bar News Editorial Board for a term ending in 2017.
