Danya J. Pincavage, a native of Westport, Connecticut, is a 2000 graduate of Dartmouth College and a 2005 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, both cum laude. At the University of Miami, she was the Student Writing Editor of The University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and a Dean's Fellow. She is admitted to practice in Florida courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Ms. Pincavage concentrates her practice in the areas of Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation.
