Maria R. Caldera
Maria R. Caldera, born in Granada, Nicaragua, graduated from the University of Miami, cum laude, in 2001 and from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Maria was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Business & Technology Law, a Legal Research & Writing Teaching Fellow and member of Maryland's Leadership Scholars Program. She also worked in the law school's International Trade & Global Poverty Clinic, where she represented clients before the U.S. Court of International Trade and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Scott J. Silverman in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Maria concentrates her practice in the areas of Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation.
