Meghan C. Moore
Meghan C. Moore represents policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Moore has handled numerous complex cases and tried insurance coverage, negligence and bad faith cases to policyholder verdicts. She is a 1997 graduate with honors of the University of Montana and a 2001 graduate of Tulane Law School, where she concentrated on business law, sports law and intellectual property. Ms. Moore is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and MENSA. She also serves as an editor of the ABA ICLC Bad Faith Hot Topic, has presented at American Conference Institute, American Bar Association, and National Business Institute seminars on insurance issues, and is a Florida Justice Teaching program volunteer. Meghan is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
