Stephen A. Marino Jr.
Stephen Marino, born in Troy, New York, is a 1990 graduate of Columbia University and a 1995 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Inter-American Law Review. He is admitted to the Florida Bar; U.S. District Courts, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States. A former architect, he brings technical and applied science knowledge to his commercial litigation practice, which focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes.
