Danya J. Pincavage, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, is a 2000 graduate of Dartmouth College and a 2005 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, both cum laude. While a student, she was the Student Writing Editor of The University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and a Dean's Fellow. She is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Ms. Pincavage concentrates her practice in the areas of Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation.
